The problem of personality is not new to psychology. It is placed by H. Freud in the late 19th century. Nowadays being a person is one of the code values ​​of the European culture. It highlights the fact that the possibility of becoming a person is massively. The individual becomes a personality through a series of value choices and the realization of a life plan on the basis of psychological individuality. The self is the subjective center of the personality, giving her inner unity. The personality forms a layered or hierarchical structure, involving multiple types of experiences - conscious acts, existential experiences, habits and habits, scenarios, roles, lifestyle, etc. Personality manifests itself to a certain audience and creates a public image that, in various cases, works for or against the personality. The person can manage the impressions he leaves with others and use this to present a façade identity. The appearance of the personality also affects massively a number of unconscious determinations, such as complexes, psychotrauma, defense mechanisms, archetypes, the image of the world and others. Personality undergoes the dynamics of deploying its mental potentials in ontogenesis.

There is a rise, plateau and decline in it. Such ontogenetic dynamics is described by a series of "curves" outlining different profiles of personality changes. Forming an individual as a person is not psychologically straightforward and guaranteed. Various cases of individual realization of individuals are possible and they are actually happening. Personality can be defined as - a psychological system to conceive, execute, and validate a certain life in front of a human community. The individual receives full personality when he receives recognition from the community. Personality is the most important life-form of the subject's psyche. Human person is not born person. It is born with all-human talents, of which the ability to become a person in his or her way of life is particularly important. Personality - this is the self of the individual as the author of life. To become an individual person, he is required to possess, above all, the skills of complex volitional actions. Full personality is a particular achievement of a part of human beings. Personality arises from the integral action of the subject psyche in a broad living context. Personality is an instrument, a tool for designing and realizing an individual's life.

The scale of the individual is determined by the magnitude of the life that the individual has succeeded in creating. The context of personality development and realization is a type of culture in which individual life is a value and an ideal, and the realization of life is supported in many ways. Enabling personality requires not only a constructive individual who realizes a plan of life but also a fair audience to recognize and remember an individual as the author of a set of deeds worthy of respect and imitation. In the above, personality is described more as a cultural than a psychological reality. This is based on the fundamental fact that society gives its awards and a full recognition of public achievement, cases, and not simply because you are a unique individual of unquestionable value. Every individual faces the challenge of proving his worth, once proven, he has to defend and preserve his dignity. The roots of the personal beginning should be sought in the early evolution of human communities. It can be assumed that the genus, say, has survived more successfully when he has a smart and determined guide. Above, it was said that the personality formed a layered structure. The layers are differentiated on the basis of qualitatively different types of experience - social, competent, character - expressive, valuable experience, and existential experience.
