EOS property safety and loss management education will be launched by the end of July
At 10:00 pm on July 19th, Beijing time, the 32nd video conference of EMAC [EOS Mandarin Arbitration Community] was held online.

In response to the current wallet security tutorial, collaborative wallets are required to be fully implemented, and EMAC intends to accelerate the education of EOS security. After discussion and planning, the EMAC candidate Yao Siqi will be responsible for organizing the guideline of the “EOS safety and loss management education”.
It is expected that the first season content will be ready at the latest on July 31. The main content of the first season course is divided into the following aspects:
- What is a wallet key?
- How to keep your wallet?
- What are the two permissions of the EOS wallet?
- What are the common situations of property loss?
- What should I do if my property is lost?
- What is EMAC? What can it do for you?
- How can EMAC help you contact ECAF?
- What evidence can help ECAF and BP?
- Analysis of the loss case of Mandarin community.
- First season course summary review + test.
Depending on the characteristics of the course content, a corresponding interactive course format will be selected, including but not limited to:
- Zoom training video + PPT
- Short video (5 minutes) + graphic
After the discussion, the class will be introduced to all community members at the 10pm zoom meeting by July 31. After the first season of the course, it will be released to more channels based the effective operation. EOS’ security awareness can be reached to more users.
EMAC personnel change news
EMAC is a Mandarin community. It has always been a communication bridge between Mandarin and global EOS communities. Since its inception, EMAC has been committed to providing a platform for learning and communication, and to cultivating more EOS governance talents. EMAC itself is not a big tree. EMAC is willing to become a fertile soil and cultivate a large and luxuriant tree in the field of EOS governance, flourishing in the EOS Mandarin community.
Michael, the current chairman of EMAC, said on the meeting:
Since its establishment, the development pace of EMAC has never stopped. The education and training has been actively carried out. The volunteers of EMAC911 have assisted the Mandarin money-losing users to apply to EMAC for free, and achieved substantial results. However, the pace of EMAC should be faster. EMAC needs a more aggressive person to lead EMAC. So I am now resigned as the chairman of EMAC nominate Dr. Shane Jing as the chairman of EMAC to lead EMAC with faster pace. In the future, I will participate as the EMAC member and inject fresh blood into EMAC.
Shane Jing obtained his bachelor degree from Tsinghua University and Ph.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served as an executive at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in New York. He has helped EOS Pacific and EMAC with a lot of global communication work. In the face of uncertainty, he has a strong sense of direction and ability to break, and is widely recognized by the BPs and the community.
The personnel change of EMAC was unanimously approved by the members.
Next, Shane gave a brief introduction to the two development directions of EMAC. We believe that Shane will lead EMAC to more and more success.
