Earth Tribe Updates - New Members, Curation Trail, Delegation Links, Discord Server, & the Future of This Project

@earthtribe has acquired 4000 SP in delegations and over 40 members in its first week of active life on the Steemit platform. I could not be more pleased with the tribe's progress, and am excited for the direction this project is heading. If you are unfamiliar with this support initiative, please first read our introduction article from last week.

Since @earthtribe's inception, we have accomplished fully building our Discord server for active members to communicate, established a curation trail that all Steemians can follow, achieved fabulous delegation support from currently selected members and @tribesteemup, and have selected 41 deserving conscious content creators fighting for the Earth, humanity, and liberty. Out of the currently selected 41 Earth Tribe members, we have only connected with 28 of them so far (or at least that is how many members are currently in the Discord server).

Moving forward, we are asking for everyone's help connecting us with the other accounts that have been selected for membership in @earthtribe, but have not yet contacted @elamental on Discord or otherwise. We wish to confirm each membership with each account, so we know we are dealing with a real person, and so we can link all members together in the @earthtribe Discord server.

EARTH TRIBE CURATION TRAIL

With the help of fellow @earthtribe members @kennyskitchen & @dynamicgreentk, I have been able to create a proper curation trail for @earthtribe that anyone can follow! To maximize curation rewards for anyone following our trail, we have created another account, @earthTRAIL, that will allow everyone following it to vote two minutes before @earthtribe does, which gives our trail followers as much curation as possible.

Remember that if you are a member of @earthtribe, you will receive a higher percentage up-vote on your posts from @earthtribe proportional to your delegation amount. In other news, I will be holding another design contest for an @earthtribe logo in the not too distant future. Once I confirm we have prize-support sponsorship for this contest, I will update everyone with the contest details through @elamental's account.

Additionally, we are still open to accepting new members into @earthtribe if, and I cannot stress this enough, THE CANDIDATES MEET OUR EXPECTED STANDARDS FOR QUALITY, COMPREHENSIVENESS, ACCURACY, AND CONSCIOUS TOPIC FOCUSED CONTENT. If we feel that any suggested candidate does not meet any one of these criteria, we will not be selecting them for membership in @earthtribe. So please, think about all of these factors before making a suggestion or nomination. Our standards are high, and we want to reward those that create positive content for this platform, not sub-par or incomplete articles. Hopefully our standards will inspire many more people to increase their personal standards for content creation as well.

We are also looking to implement some sort of collaborative writing and/or video participation effort, to offer higher up-votes to those that do participate. The @tribesteemup bi-weekly question is a great example of this kind of community interaction.

@earthtribe's next article will involve many quotes from @tribesteemup member's answer to this weeks TSU bi-weekly question suggested by @elamental, "What does Tribe Steem Up mean to you?"
