Hi. I'm newbie on steemit and I do not know how @smartmarket works. But the votes left by this account will not be taking into consideration.
Is it possible to find out what other accounts this service uses?
I think the only way you could do it would be to take away the dollar value of the bids that were sent to to @smartmarket. If you look at the winner you can see they used smartmarket which uses people who use autovoters to provide the vote.
