The great success story begins with a trouble beginning. I am going to present you all the story of a Entrepreneurs , who was failed in many time ...
He don't have a rich father ; tried 3 times for university. all failed . He applied for Harvard University 10 times , again he failed and they even don't want to see him . For the last time he went to the teacher,s college which was they considered. He applied jobs for 40 time , got rejected . That was so difficult at that time..He was frustrated about this things happen to him . He taught in the university, and his pay was $10 a month. Because he can't find the good job, in 1994 discussed that he was going to find something called internet. And some of his friends against it .
They said , that was a stupid idea, they had never heard about the internet .. and said that "are u know nothing about computer".
He never thought he was smart , nobody believed that he could be successful. Because everybody said "This guy think differently, think crazily, that he will think about something that will never work ".
He tried to borrow $3000 From The Bank. He and his team talked to over 30 to 40 venture capitalize, everybody Said "no forget it" . lot of people said his company "Alibaba" is a terrible model. But , he believe it , This things could be big . But he never thought this would be that Big like today . Believe that "something is waiting for him there, and he has to work hard to proof himself" . That was the tough experience for him .
He gathered $50000 from 80 founders ,his team started for the first 3 years , they don't have even $1 revenue from their business. It was not easy for them but why it keeps them going ahead, going forward because, they received lots of emails of thanks from the customers.

customer said -" This is such a good things , we can't pay you but this things helped us...if u keep on helping us , one day you will be successful " ..such a amazing feedback.
And he truly believed that , little by little they built of their business. little by little they built up our ecosystem of their infrastructure.
Now after 16 years , they have the great Alobaba group, they have Tmall group, they have Taobao group and have Alipay . And we people say ,"you are very smart, how could u make a company like that " .
Bill Gates , Warren buffet, Larry page, Mark Jukerburg , the difference between those people and other people - they're always optimistic for the Future. They never complained , they always try to solve The problems of the others.when someone optimistic , its always opportunities.
People are same here today " jack where is the opportunity ??"
"I don't have a job, I don't have this, I don't have that" .
We are at the best the time of this century, the Best assets u have is that you are young . don't complained , let the other people complain. the opportunity always lies where people complain. Think about how you can make the things different . Is there anything I can do that makes the difference , and then when you think about this , start to do it . In reality lot of people, young people they have fantastic ideas every evening, but in the morning they go to the office same again. To be a successful entrepreneur, you have to do the things before other people do.
You have to wake up before the the other people wake up .
You have to more brave than The others. Make the move , make the action. whether investors believe it or not, whether your friend believe it or not, whether your parents believe it or not. THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT
You believe it, your team believe it , work day and night on this. that's how the things happen .
