Hello my dear Steemians,
Hope you all doing good 😊.

In India, Festival Season has started and there is an old Indian Tradition of Decorating Homes and the Decoration starts from the Main Gates of the House 🏡 with Toran.

#Torans are wall hangings to decorate the main entrance of the home. Idea to decorate the home is to please and attract the Goddess of wealth,
Maha Lakshmi. These torans are the first thing that welcomes guests. It may feature colours such as green, yellow and red. They can be made of fabrics or metals which are usually made to resemble mango leaves. Peepal tree leaves are also used to make torans at some places in India. They also have other decorative features depending on the region.

Nora my student wanted to learn these Toran for her house, so I helped her to make one.As I love to do best use of resources I have,I helped her to make Toran with Pistachio Shells.

That is wonderful hand-craft, I like that it is made of natural materials, from distance looks like little flowers but then I realise that are shells of pistachio nuts, so creative idea and so wonderfully made. Love it, I am pretty sure Nora was very proud of herself :) Thank you for contribution to @wox-helpfund as always!

Ya surely she was so happy that she was successful in making it . Deepawali is one of The main festivals of India and this Toran decoration is must.
