Survive the monthly visit
We all (women) have experienced someway or another the unforgivable torture of our monthly visit and some days we get to ask the thin air "How can I make this easier and bearable?"

I know, I have been there and I'm still experiencing every month 😅 So I searched for ways to make it more fun and somewhat make it easier for us.
